The Georgia Commission on Women and the Georgia Women's Institute, along with other partnering organizations, will host the observance of International Women' s Day. International organizations and the U.S. Department of Labor.
Women's Bureau have been invited to present brief statements in support of the 102nd anniversary of International Women's Day, established in 1911. Government elected officials and state employees have been invited to attend. The program will include entertainment and light refreshments and it will be open to the public.
